We love that you have chosen us to get into bed with, and we want to make sure that you stay snuggly and warm. Our refund and returns policy is designed to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. So if you get your goodies home and it's just not right, let’s see what we can do to make it better. 

The Vallentine Project is primarily an online store, however you can also buy our products through our stockists. By purchasing through the online store you are entering into a sales agreement with The Vallentine Project. If you purchase a product from a stockist then the agreement is made with the store and any discussion about the suitability of the product and/or the product’s quality must be taken up at the place of purchase. 

Whilst we will endeavour to keep our online store and stock up to date, from time to time, products may change, be unavailable or listed in error. We will notify you if there is a mistake relating to your purchase and try to provide you with an alternate product or refund as soon as we are aware of the error. For pre-orders, please follow closely the item listing description as it will advise on expected delivery dates – please be aware all of our products are made in Australia by hand, so sometimes they can take a little longer than expected (but don’t worry we’ll let you know). 

When ordering online it is your responsibility to ensure that all your contact details and billing information are correct. If you suspect fraudulent activity please suspend your card and bank accounts, report the activity to your banking institution and then report it to the police. The Vallentine Project takes no responsibility for any malware, viruses or site interference that may harm your computer.

We accept Paypal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The Vallentine Project reserves the right to refuse a sale. 

All products are original designs of The Vallentine Project and should not be imitated, copied or reproduced - to do so will incur legal action.


Postage In Australia

We use Australia Post or Sendle to send your goodies – unless your goodies are really big or you live overseas, then we’ll contact you via email with some alternative options.

We like to make sure you get your package from us, which is why we’ll only dispatch using registered post. Most registered post packages arrive at your doorstep within 2 – 7 days of dispatch, but if you’re in a hurry you can select express post - usually guaranteed next day delivery in most Australian capital cities (but please check your location so you are not disappointed).

After we have sent your item, we will email you with the tracking number.

Postage Outside Australia

Please contact us via email with your delivery address before purchase so we can calculate postage.


Gift Voucher

Not sure if you’re going to get it right? Then get a gift voucher and let them choose. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non refundable. At the checkout simply choose the value you wish to spend and include your message, we’ll hand write on the gift voucher and send it to the address you specify (or we’ll just send it to you and you can do the rest).



We at The Vallentine Project love what we do and want to make sure you do too. You can return or exchange any full price item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unsuitable. Products need to come back as they were provided to you – clean, unwashed and with any tags included, plus your purchase receipt. 


Instructions for a return

  1. Email info@thevallentineproject.com with your request to return the product, whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note, your receipt and the postal tracking number you’ll use to send the product back.
  2. Post your product to The Vallentine Project C/O 10a Bishop Street, Brunswick, Victoria 3056
  3. Once we receive your returned product we will assess the item and advise you via email if we will refund; exchange or provide you with a credit note.
